Summary of changes
Announced: October 25, 2026 · Effective: November 25, 2026
Reason: We are expanding the withdrawal, cancellation and refund criteria for subscriptions and clarifying the procedure when the company terminates a contract or restricts use. This version adds the changes below to the agreement effective November 20, 2026 (announced October 20, 2026). No changes are unfavorable to users.
1. Article 12 (Withdrawal and Refunds upon Termination) fully revised — Before: no refund for remaining days upon cancellation. After: withdrawal within 7 days of the payment date or the date the service became available, whichever is later (full refund if unused; deduction for use otherwise); after that, a choice between cancelling recurring payments and immediate termination (refund after deducting the amount for use and 10% of the remainder); a refund of the remaining fees plus 10% when the company is at fault; and the full-refund cases in Article 20(3) of the Terms of Service apply first, without deductions. Bonus Credits are excluded from the amount for use and are not reclaimed. Article 5(4) now refers to Article 12.
2. Article 11 (Termination of Service Agreement) revised — Before: termination without prior notice and broad grounds such as being deemed unsuitable by the company. After: specific grounds for termination or restriction; before acting, we tell you the reason, the measure and its duration, and how to object, and give you a chance to explain (in urgent cases, we notify you afterwards). Objections within 14 days; our reply within 15 days.
3. Articles 5(5) and 9(1) clarified — The notice 7 days before payment specifies the scheduled payment date, amount, method, and how to cancel.
4. Addendum — These changes apply to all subscription contracts in use on the effective date, including annual subscriptions.
If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription or withdraw your membership within 30 days of the announcement date or of receiving individual notice. If you do not express your intention within that period, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement is intended to regulate the rights and obligations of the company providing information and the members using the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by Photio, and it also applies to electronic commerce using PC communication, wireless, etc., as long as it does not contradict the nature of such services.
Article 2 (Interpretation of the Agreement)
1. The definitions of key terms used in this agreement are based on the Photio Terms of Service.
2. Any matters not specified in this agreement and the interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the "Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, Etc.," the "Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions," the "Photio Terms of Service," or common practice.
Article 3 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)
1. A regular subscription service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Agreement") is concluded when a member who wishes to use the service agrees to this agreement, registers the information required for payment requested by the company, and the company approves the application for service use.
2. The company informs the member of the necessary information for the agreement, such as the contract period, usage fee, and available content, through electronic means, and the member must confirm and acknowledge this information before entering into the service agreement.
3. The company may request verification of the member's information through a third-party organization for real-name verification or personal authentication.
4. The conclusion of the service agreement must be applied by the member, and any leakage of the member's personal information or payment information to a third party for this purpose will result in a restriction on service use.
5. If neither the company nor the member rejects the renewal of the agreement according to Article 9 until the expiration date of the contract period, it will be deemed that the service agreement has been renewed under the same conditions. In this case, the company will charge the usage fee for the renewed service agreement using the payment information pre-registered by the customer. However, if the usage fee for the renewed agreement increases, Article 9-2 applies.
Article 4 (Usage Fee)
1. The usage fee is based on the information separately announced by the company through online means.
Article 4-2 (Credits and Usage Limits)
1. Image generation in the regular subscription service is provided by deducting a set number of credits per feature: background generation 1 credit, erase and redraw 2 credits, image expansion 2 credits, 2x upscale (2K) 3 credits, and 4K upscale 5 credits.
2. Credits and daily limits by plan: the BASIC plan provides 300 credits per month, with up to 100 credits usable per day. The PRO plan provides 1,500 credits per month, with up to 300 credits usable per day. 2x upscale (2K) is available on both the BASIC and PRO plans, and 4K upscale only on the PRO plan.
3. Monthly credits are granted on each billing date for monthly subscriptions, and on the same day each month based on the date the annual subscription under the new plan starts or renews. In a month without that date, credits are granted on the last day of the month.
4. The daily limit resets every day at 9:00 a.m. Korea Standard Time (00:00 UTC).
5. Granted credits can be used until the next grant date. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month and cannot be transferred to another member. Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash. However, this paragraph does not limit any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund under applicable law and Article 20 of the Photio Terms of Service, or any refund terms separately agreed with the member.
6. Members can check their remaining credits and next grant date in the service.
7. If the company changes the standards in paragraphs 1 and 2 to the member's disadvantage, it will give advance notice following the procedure in Article 4 of the Photio Terms of Service.

1. In case of an error in usage fee billing and other matters, the company must take one of the following actions upon the user's request (objection).

b. If a user has fees in arrears to be returned, they are deducted first and then refunded.
c. In the case of an underbilling, it is charged in the following month.
d. Objections to usage fees must be made within 3 months from the date the reason for the objection occurred.

2. If the member does not consent to the increase or does not respond, the company will not charge the increased fee, and the service agreement will end on the last day of the current contract period.
3. Even after consenting, the member may withdraw consent at any time before the increased fee is charged.
Article 10 (Change or Suspension of Regular Subscription Service)
1. The company has an obligation to reasonably continue service operation to maintain regular subscription services. However, the company may change or suspend all or part of the regular subscription service when any of the following circumstances apply:
a. Natural disasters, force majeure, war, riots, fires, strikes, government agency control, disease, or other reasons that cannot be controlled by the company or that are likely to occur.
b. When electric communication services are not provided by a telecommunications service provider.
c. Maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment, including the company's system, and communication disruption.

However, in unavoidable situations, the notification may be made afterward.
Article 11 (Termination of Service Agreement)
1. Members may terminate the service agreement at any time from the account settings screen in the service, or request termination by email or telephone.

3. Before taking action under paragraph 2, the company will notify the member of the reasons, details and duration of the action, and how to object, and provide an opportunity to explain. However, where urgent action is necessary, such as unauthorized use of another person's payment method, the company will notify the member without delay after taking action.
4. Members may file an objection within 14 days of receiving notice, and the company will respond within 15 days of receiving the objection.
5. Refunds upon termination under paragraph 2 are governed by Article 12. However, the company may claim damages if the member's intentional misconduct or negligence causes loss to the company.
Article 12 (Withdrawal and Refunds upon Termination)
1. Members may withdraw from the contract within 7 days of the payment date or the date the service became available for use, whichever is later. If the service has not been used during that period, the full payment will be refunded; if it has been used, the amount for use calculated under paragraph 3 will be deducted. No penalty is charged in this case. If applicable law provides a longer period, that period applies.
2. After the period in paragraph 1 has passed, members may choose one of the following ways to cancel:
1. Cancel recurring payments: No further payments will be charged, and the service remains available until the end of the paid period. Fees for that period are not refunded.
2. Terminate immediately: Use ends immediately. The refund is the amount remaining after deducting the amount for use under paragraph 3 from the payment and then deducting 10% of that remainder. No refund is made if the calculated amount is zero or less. To request immediate termination, contact customer support within the service or email info@planningo.io.
3. The amount for use is the greater of 'elapsed days × standard monthly subscription price ÷ 30' and 'credits used out of the credits granted for that payment × standard monthly subscription price ÷ monthly credit allowance.' Even if payment was made at a discounted rate, such as an annual subscription, the calculation uses the standard monthly subscription price at the time of payment. Bonus Credits (Article 20(6) of the Terms of Service) are not included in the amount for use. For subscriptions that remain under the previous conditions without a defined monthly credit allowance under the Addendum (November 20, 2026), the amount for use is calculated only as 'elapsed days × standard monthly subscription price ÷ 30.'
4. If a member terminates the service agreement for reasons attributable to the company, the company will refund the fees for the remaining period plus 10% of those fees.
5. The company will issue a refund through the original payment method within 3 business days of the date the grounds for a refund arise. If that method is unavailable, the company will give advance notice and refund through a method chosen by the member. Upon refund, the remaining credits granted for that payment are reclaimed; Bonus Credits are not reclaimed.
6. In any of the cases listed in Article 20(3) of the Terms of Service, the full payment is refunded without the deductions under paragraphs 1 to 3. If paragraph 4 also applies, the larger of the two amounts is refunded.
Addendum (November 20, 2026)
1. This agreement takes effect on November 20, 2026.
2. For monthly subscriptions concluded or renewed before the effective date, this agreement applies from the first billing date on or after the effective date. However, if 30 days have not yet passed since the member received individual notice, it applies from the first billing date after that 30-day period ends.
3. Annual subscriptions concluded or renewed before the effective date remain under the previous agreement and conditions until the end of their contract period, and Article 9-2 applies at renewal.
Addendum (November 25, 2026)
1. This agreement takes effect on November 25, 2026.
2. The amended provisions of Article 5(4) and (5), Article 9(1), Article 11 and Article 12 also apply to subscription contracts in use on the effective date of this agreement, including annual subscriptions.
