Is the error where images are not displaying continuing?
If the canvas or image does not display while generating an image, follow the steps below.
Google Chrome
1.Update Google Chrome to the latest version.
2.Enter "chrome://settings/system" in the address bar and visit the page. Then, enable "Use hardware acceleration when available."
3.Restart Chrome and access the Photio homepage again.
If the issue persists after following these steps, click the consultation icon at the bottom right of the Photio homepage for further assistance.
Safari
1.Open the Photio homepage in Safari.
2.Go to Safari > Preferences from the main menu.
3.Navigate to the Websites tab and click Page Zoom.
4.In the Currently Open Websites section, ensure that Photio is set to 100%.
Microsoft Edge
Updating Windows and Microsoft Edge:
Open the Start Menu and go to Settings > Update & Security.
Select Windows Update at the top of the list, then click Check for updates.
If updates are available, they will start downloading automatically. Microsoft Edge will be updated and restarted.
Setting Default Zoom in Microsoft Edge:
Click the menu (⋯) in the top-right corner of the window.
Select Settings from the options.
In the left-hand menu, choose Appearance.
Under the Zoom section, adjust the Page Zoom setting to set a new default zoom level.
